This page has been created with the expectation of ops' performance and also a quick reference to suggestions to assist ops. Below , I've explained my personal feelings and expectations that will cross over to every level as an operator in #Casual.

I've always expected that the ops I have chosen can and will treat people as they wish to be treated. You've all been given the power at some level to exclude someone from channel and all I would like you to keep in mind is that there is a person behind every keyboard. I have oped every one of you with the trust to treat people with the respect and dignity we all deserve, and that applies to all ops, regardless of levels and of course, the regular chatter that joins #Casual... they are our biggest treasure.

 I have also chosen every one of you to help each other and also any clients that may come into #Casual. As always, if you are approached with questions and are not sure of answers, Chatnet does have a #help channel that we should be sending people too who need assistance. Please use that channel as a resource as they always will have the correct answer.

If you are unsure, the last thing you want to do is misguide someone.

I do believe, if we all treat each other in the manner we'd like to be treated, a comfortable atmosphere will be created for all. I also want to thank you all for taking your time too pop into #Casual and help out or visit.  It's been a year of great fun for me, meeting all of you daily from all over the world and we can only work together too see our fun and successes continue ...
